Geoff Waddington is a registered expert witness. As recognised professional surveyors, our independent expert opinions based on the facts presented occasionally require our testimony in court. In this field our instructing clients have ranged from private yacht owners to the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
Following up on an incident, our purpose is to establish the cause by way of damage assessment and a little detective work. We produce a high-quality, clear and concise report, detailing the process of failure and advising of any necessary repairs.
Past instructions have led us to form work and repair schedules with attendances co-ordinated with key stages of repair to assess progress and quality. We can produce further professional reports to advise insurers of repair progress and form final conclusions upon completion.
In this field we have worked closely with boatyards across the country and continue to build on these relationships to establish good future working routines.
